2. Linkware: Lelia's Loft graphics are copyright of
Lelia's Loft and considered linkware. If you use any of the graphics found at Lelia's
Loft, even just one graphic, I require that you link back to this site using the URL https://members.tripod.com/leliasloft
This
link must appear on the same page(s) as the graphic(s) you use. You may use either
provided link buttons or a text link. Should you choose to use any graphic found within
the linkware collection, whether a complete set or individual image, you must use a
linking logo (found on each set selection) and correct referring link within the same page
that the image(s) appear. A text link is permitted. This is not negotiable. Using this
logo and link is part of the copyright. A page of "credits" is not acceptable.
Please credit my linkware actually on the page(s) of use.
3. Linking: If you use a button to link back to Lelia's Loft/Tube Loft, download
the graphic to your hard drive then upload to your own server. Do not link directly to
the buttons on this site. You may end up with broken links if you do so. I do know who
links back directly to my images, so don't bother doing so.
Please load the images to your own
server or web site directory. If you are unsure how to load to your own directory, please
consult the upload data on the site service you are using. Web TV users: please use a Web
TV Transloader service.
4. Alteration: You are not allowed to change;
re-color, resize any of the graphics you obtain at Lelia's Loft in any way, shape or form
without my express permission. To do otherwise is considered copyright infringement. The
only exception to this rule is to add text to webset navigational elements.
5. Use: You may not add any
of the graphics you obtain at Lelia's Loft to any collections to be downloaded. This
includes but is not limited to; masks, tubes, backgrounds, websets, tutorials, and blade
pro presets. You are not to add the graphics obtained at Lelia's Loft graphics to CD's for
sale. You may use Lelia's Loft graphics for personal use only. If you
wish to use my graphics or sets for a business site or
any site that makes money, please contact me for information on buying the set(s) or
graphic(s).
A. Personal Use: You may use
Lelia's Loft graphics for personal use. Meaning, to create your own website etc. Linkware
rules apply.
B. Business Use: If you wish to use
any of Lelia's Loft graphics on your business site, please contact
me for permission and/or for a fee. Link back rule still applies.
All web sets, backgrounds and
miscellaneous graphic items at Lelia's Loft may NOT be used by individuals developing web
sites for others . The use of the aforementioned images by individuals developing web
sites for others for financial gain (whether actual, bartered, or intended) constitutes
illegal redistribution.
You may not use graphics from the linkware collection
if you are developing websites for others at no charge and then advertise these sites
within a client portfolio with intent to acquire additional paying clients.
Please refrain from using the linkware collection
within pages promoting child abuse, hate, bigotry, racism, animal abuse and/or illegal
pornographic activities.
The design that makes up Lelia's Loft is Copyright
solely of Lelia's Loft. You may NOT copy it, or use it for your own or another's web site.
If for any reason I request that the images from the
linkware collection be removed from your site, you will be given 72 hours to comply.
Violations of the terms of use could subject you to this request.
